He'll do everything in his power to make your stay smooth and trouble free. I stayed here for a week and was very happy with the services provided here. You get the parking and power backup facility which very hard to find in this particular area. It's nearby metro too and food is also available in and around the haveli hostel. Make sure to book from booking.com or come here and talk to Mr. Rajkumar you'll get a good deal.
